Lejo's Hand Puppets ShowcasePlay this trailer

Who amongst us doesn't like puppet shows? Time's up. Everyone loves them, of course, second only to pie.

Based in the Netherlands, according to publicity materials,''Lejo's simple but unique puppets consist of nothing more than his bare hands and a pair of wooden eyes. Using these puppets, he makes a magnificent show without dialogue. The show is accompanied by music and is suitable for all ages and all cultures.''

Review:

My hand puppet (peforming an homage to forgotten evangelist / crummy actor Marjoe Gortner) points you to Lejo's video clips page, featuring selections of his impressive digits in action. Lejo's work is reminiscent of Jim Henson's early Muppets, which goes far to explain his appearances on the Dutch version of "Sesame Street." Cute and sweet.

Tip: Lejo's site is available in several languages. When you arrive on his page, click "GB" (Great Britain) for the English translation.
