Border Circus With Raj Bhakta and His Orchestra and Elephant

"Border security is really a joke," says Raj Bhakta (The Apprentice), who illustrated his point by hiring a mariachi band to play loud tunes on the Mexico / USA border. To heighten the circus atmosphere, Bhakta roamed the Rio Grande borderline atop an elephant.
