"Stairway to Gilligan"

Ironically, I had been listening to this novelty version of the classic "Gilligan's Island" theme shortly before hearing the news of comic actor Bob Denver's passing. The spoof version of the song is by Little Roger and the Goosebumps, performed in the style of Led Zeppelin. The legend is the more famous band's publisher sued to have the recording taken off the market in the late 1970s and all remaining copies destroyed. Nevertheless, "Stairway to Gilligan" has resurfaced on the Internet.
