Today's Funny TV: Find Late-Night TV Shows Schedules & Guests
From our "Humor Today" magazine, find your local channel listings and comedy showtimes, plus the scheduled guest line-ups for all the late night programs.
Adult Swim
Cartoon Network's ultra-sweet program block for grown-ups makes for hip, sardonic Sunday nights. Among the shows: "Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law," "The Ripping Friends," "Baby Blues," "The Brak Show," "Home Movies," and "Space Ghost Coast to Coast." Online video clips, also several Adult Swim games -- Carl's Freakin' Strip Poker, Brak Headkicker 2, Starboy Mutant Hotdog Game, more.
Carnac the Magnificent
Using his borderline divine powers, a visitor from the East predicts the answer sealed inside an envelope. Classic bits from "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" are available at the comedian's official site. A new joke is posted each week. Read it or watch via QuickTime. A big archive is available on video only.
Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The
Comedy Central's program is so hip, it gets away with doing a daily show only four times per week. Funny, irreverent site.
Dennis Miller Live
The official home page takes you to the rants from the HBO show, plus a sampling of clips. You'll also find the program's schedule and a bulletin board. Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.
Dennis Miller's Rants
Text transcripts are available for the most recent HBO show's Rant with links to a Rant text archive located beneath the material. A video clip of the latest Rant is also accessible here.
"Jimmy Kimmel Live"
The official site for Jimmy's ABC-TV late-night series from Los Angeles' El Capitan Theatre.
"Late Late Show With Craig Kilborn"
Fine Worldwide Pants site keeps you up to the minute with the host's latest news commentary and "5 Questions" segments.
Late Night TV Page, The
If you're tired of flipping through newspapers and magazines to learn who's on "Letterman," "Leno," "Conan," or other wee hour shows this week, here are the answers. Very reliable.
"Late Night With Conan O'Brien"
Hooray! NBC has returned comedy highlights to Conan's Web space. Included: Video Moments, Actual Items, If They Mated, Celebrity Secrets, Quotables, Odds n' Ends, and some visits with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.
"Late Show With David Letterman"
The CBS site is a marvel to behold for comedy fans. The Top Ten List joins nightly monologues, video clips, and scads more.
"Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher"
The show has ended production, but, at last check, some transcripts and other items remain on the Web site. Better hurry!
"Saturday Night Live"
The Little Engine that Could -- and has for the past 300 years, or so it seems. The TV show, not this current Web site. Where, oh, where has the huge video archive gone? NBC has retooled this one-time Internet beauty into a ho-hum affair.
"The Tonight Show With Jay Leno"
After a long absence, Jay's comedy returns to the NBC Web site in a big way. Back are recent video monologue highlights, along with favorite bits: Headlines, guest correspondents, and the Jay Walking man-on-the-street interviews. Growing archives are maintained for each. Upcoming show guests are mentioned, too.
