Kinison.com: A Multimedia Tribute to the Life and Comedy of Sam Kinison

From , former About.com Guide

November 14, 1985 was a day that changed comedy for me. An unknown stand-up strolled to center stage on "Late Night With David Letterman," making his first appearance on television. He shared a few thoughts on world hunger and left me breathless, choking for air and laughter. It is one of my favorite comedy memories.
Kinison.com: A Multimedia Tribute to the Life and Comedy of Sam Kinison: "Formerly a preacher, Sam Kinison became one of the the loudest and rudest comedians of the 20th century," says Kinison.com. ''For some, his name conjures up images of a hard-partying, hard-drinking wild thing. His views on religion, women, and world hunger managed to put him on the shock comedy map."
This loving and clamorous fan site is a rich resource of audio clips, video clips, pictures, articles, and information devoted to Sam Kinison, comedy rebel. And, yes, the Letterman video is available to watch along with "In Living Color," "Rodney Dangerfield's Young Comedians Special," MTV, "Married ... With Children," and "Saturday Night Live" spots, plus his scene-stealing history lecture in Rodney's film, "Back to School." Strong language, adult content! AUGGGHHH! AUGGHHHH! AUGGHHH!
