Guide Review
Sound in the Clowns
Imagine television's preeminent kiddie show host, K.T.C., sharing your room (when he's not busy faking his death to avoid IRS prosecution). This on-the-wacky-nosey doll is a recreation of a similar item in "The Simpsons." During the special "Treehouse of Horror" episode, the toy alternates personalities between Good Krusty and Evil Krusty. A simple flip of a switch on the 20th-Century Fox-authorized toy by Playmates will determine whether you are subjected to his goofily infectious laugh or "Shut your hole!" Personally, I'm anxious to get one. Each night, I'll crawl into my sleepy-time bed, tweak the cats, and hurdle over the wife to hear Krusty's soothing "You, sir, are an idiot."
