How cool is this? My favorite comedy movie, "The Bank Dick" (1940), on a Criterion Collection DVD. Ironically, it was on this very Christmas Day, 1969, I crammed into a sold-out theatre to view "The Bank Dick" for the first time. My discovery was electric and that experience continues to zap around inside me. The star and creative marvel is W.C.
