One of my favorite funny films is Mike Myers' hysterically loopy "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery."

It's rare to go to the movies and laugh loud and continuously throughout a picture, but this mildly adult spoof of bad 1960s spy flicks and so many other filmic, cultural, and historical targets compelled me to do just that, baby.

From the infectious opening send-up of The Beatles' equally exuberant entrance in "A Hard Day's Night," I was hooked.

And, through the next two years, while the world drooled in anticipation of "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace," I salivated as I buffed my bicuspids.

The Austin Powers movie taught me a valuable life lesson. Floss, Mike, floss. Floss. Floss. Floss.

Indubitably, Austin has the worst teeth this side of a "Deliverance" cast reunion.

We lovebirds got our mitts on Austin's time machine, so Donna doesn't have to know about us or get weepy since I never seem to be gone. That's the kind of guy I am, always considerate -- and suffering chronic shag lag.
