The Tattoo Baby Doll Project

"A collaboration between Sherri Wood and female tattoo artists from across the country that combines embroidery and tattoo as a vehicle to explore the images and roles that define and empower women today," remarks its Web presenter, "The Dainty Show," on the unusual exhibit touring museums.

Whether it's Goddess Babe, Tattoo Spice, Ms. Femme, Sailor Feebee, Hot Ass Baby or the other tot toys, these tiny doodled dandies are etched in the cutes, drollness and vision -- glimpses of what the little ladies might embody as grown-ups, a premise reminiscent of the school children in "Annie Hall," speaking from their futures ("I'm into leather").
