Born 1905: Gracie Allen, vaudeville comedian, actress, teamed with her husband, George Burns. They were stars in radio, movies, and television's long-running "The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show." Died 1964.

Born 1964: Sandra Bullock, actress, "Working Girl," "Practical Magic," "Miss Congeniality," "Two Weeks Notice."
