Born 1934: Del Close, stand-up comic and a leading proponent of improvisational comedy, primarily at Chicago's The Second City. Died 1999.

Born 1934: Joyce Van Patten, actress, "The Danny Kaye Show" (1963-67), "The Good Guys" (1968-70), "I Love You, Alice B. Toklas!" (1968), "The Don Rickles Show" (1972).

Born 1936: Marty Ingels, comedian, actor, "I'm Dickens, He's Fenster" (1962-63, he's Fenster), "If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium" (1969).
