Meet Phoebe Fenwick, nine-year-old occupant of the Fenwick Farm Bed and Breakfast, she's a li'l bit country and a large batch o' contemporary big city girl, sharing five episodes per week with her mother, grandfather, and boy genius best pal. Phoebe is the primary focus of this online feature, which is hip and funny and, surprisingly and charmingly, rooted in the wholesome classic comics' traditions of the distant past. "Squinkers" is the best of both worlds and a pleasure to discover.
