Thanks to the internet, Bravo's newest reality show hits the airwaves tonight, and if you've ever giggled at a LOLcat image, you have yourself to blame for the fact that this show exists. Let me explain.

LOLwork is a reality show that follows the staff members of the Cheezburger Network, arguably the most popular network of single-topic blogs on the internet today. LOLwork is touted as being like The Office, but with real people instead of actors, and with web workers instead of paper jockeys. I might just have to tune in for curiosity's sake. I have no idea if it will be any good at all, in fact, I presume it will be awful, if similar web-borrowed TV ideas like Sh*t My Dad Says are any indication, but the mere fact that shows like this are popping up on traditional media outlets reminds me that the internet is becoming even more powerful and influential in our culture. Which is good for me, since, you know, the internet is how I make a living.
What do you think? Will you watch LOLwork, or pass?
