TamponArt - Tampon Arts and Crafts!

The Funny Site of the Day -- Amazingly enough, my research suggests the U.S. government did not give a generous grant to TamponArt. Go figure.

Here's what the artists have to say about the project. That is, if you'd like to cotton to them.

"Tampons aren't intrinsically scary, despite being constructed of chlorine-treated rayon, cotton, binders, fillers and, in some cases, hydroxylated polyvinyl acetal with a string attached. Just look at them. ... They are completely non-threatening. Add sequins and googly eyes and they transform into something else entirely, as do most things in life."

The TamponArt pictorial gallery presents many exhibits, including Tampon Devil With an Attitude, DooBee-Doobee-Doo Tampon, My Funny Valentine, Tampon Streaker, and Liberace's Shower Tampon.

Just a wild guess, but TamponArt is probably not suitable for work, nor will it be adorable for everyone. Consider the material adult content and potentially offensive -- and great ideas for stocking stuffers!
