Cats in Sinks

The Funny Site of the Day -- OK, I had a bit of trouble wrapping my head around the concept of Cats in Sinks, so I consulted the Web site, where I read this explanation: "It's about cats. In sinks."

Huh? I read more.

"What is Cats in Sinks? It's obvious. It's about cats. And kittens. Who like sinks. And basins."

Oh, well, if you put it in those descriptive terms, I understand now. Thank you. It makes perfect sense. Cats in sinks go along with, of course, dogs in toilet bowls -- peculiar porcelain fetishes. (Or should that read "petishes?")

You know, there is a behavioral pattern. For some reason, cats do seem to gravitate into sinks for purry relaxation. See photographic evidence of hundreds of adorable kitties in inactivity in sinks. You may even glimpse an elite or two, so get ready to marvel at pussycats in marble.

(For the record, our Morty is at work today. He's fast asleep under my office desk lamp. He won't have that sinking feeling for hours.)
